Zultys MX250
I received your name and company information from Michael Kirchhoff. My company is currently researching VoIP systems, and I am seeking your opinion about both Alliant and the Zultys phone system you purchased from them. Please answer the following questions for me and email your responses back to me. Also, feel free to add any additional comments:

1. What made you pick Alliant from all the other dealers available?
Zultys was introduced by Alliant to us
2. Most companies are very responsive when making the sale. How are they doing with their after sale support and service?
Their support is impeccable under all aspects
3. Would you make the same purchase from them again?
Sure no doubt about it

Zultys:
1. Why did you purchase a Zultys VoIP system as opposed to other leading brand names like Cisco, Nortel, ShoreTel or Avaya?
Flexible and cost effective solution
2. Which features on the system were most valuable to you?
Easy to manage short learning curve is demanding to use it.
3. How large is your phone system?
We have 3 MX 250 (2 in US) and 1 in Brazil working together like a international gateway/PBX
4. Do you operate a call center operation? If so, does the system provide you with the functionality you needed?
Yes, the system support all our needs related to the 2 call centers (US and Brazil)
5. Do you have a need to record and archive your phone calls? If so, what solution options were provided to you? Does this solution meet you needs?
No until now, we are planning to record the call for the 4th. Q of 2007
6. What, if any, problems did you encounter with your transition?
The Zultys implementation was smoothly and works together with other 2 old PBXs from NEC without any problem
7. How long have you been using your new system?
18 months
8. Are you satisfied with the VoIP solution you chose?
Totally
9. The system is scalable, have you had to expand your capacity?
Yes it is scalable
