Alliant Product Catalog: Telrex
IntelRex records and monitors every aspect of an employees computer activity, including web sites visited, emails and instant messages sent/recieved, screen shots, applications used and keystrokes typed - provided and overviewing of everything an employee is doing on his/her computer.

Driven by the growing concern of management to improve customer service, enhance employee productivity and reduce legal liability, Telrex developed the first packet based, VOIP technology to record and monitor telephone calls on IP or IP enabled telephone systems.

Telrex’s call recording and monitoring product, CallRex was released in early 2000 and has emerged as the leading VOIP call recording and monitoring solution for IP and IP enabled telephone systems.

Based upon feedback from existing call recording and monitoring customers Telrex developed IntelRex a computer recording and monitoring product. Both CallRex and IntelRex can be purchased as a bundle or individually. When purchased as a bundle telephone calls and the computer activity can be recorded and monitored with one user interface. Telrex is the only Workplace Recording and Monitoring vendor to offer both telephone and computer recording.

Telrex's products are sold through a network of resellers focusing on small and medium businesses as well as government, healthcare, educational, and financial institutions.
